1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible, the request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used spice packs.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

  • Change of mind or taste preferences.

  • Orders returned without valid proof of damage or error.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your details.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may choose a free replacement for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
